Vision

To nurture a persistent culture of quality, innovation and continuous improvement that enables MES Mampad College (Autonomous) to achieve excellence in teaching, learning, research, governance and community engagement, and to emerge as a benchmark institution of higher education.

Mission

The Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) is committed to:

1. Establishing and continuously enhancing quality benchmarks for academic, administrative and support services through systematic quality assurance and improvement mechanisms.
2. Promoting learner-centric and outcome-based education by fostering innovative, participatory and technology-enabled teaching-learning practices.
3. Strengthening the professional growth of faculty and staff by facilitating continuous learning, capacity building, innovation and the effective adoption of emerging knowledge and technologies.
4. Creating awareness and disseminating good practices related to quality assurance, accreditation, rankings and emerging trends in higher education among all stakeholders.
5. Fostering a culture of collaboration and quality circles through workshops, seminars, training programmes and inter- and intra-institutional knowledge-sharing initiatives.
6. Promoting evidence-based decision-making through systematic documentation, institutional data management, feedback analysis and quality-oriented performance monitoring.
7. Serving as the nodal agency for institutional quality initiatives, coordinating quality-related activities and facilitating the identification, adoption, documentation and dissemination of best practices.
8. Strengthening stakeholder engagement by systematically collecting, analysing and utilizing feedback from students, faculty, alumni, parents, employers and other stakeholders for continuous improvement.
9. Supporting institutional accreditation and quality rankings through systematic quality enhancement initiatives, preparation of quality reports and continuous readiness for external assessment.
10. Extending quality expertise and best practices beyond the institution by supporting neighbouring and partner institutions in their accreditation and quality enhancement efforts.
