Pathways

PATHWAYS at MES Mampad College (Autonomous) is a student-centred initiative designed to support the academic, personal, and career development of students. It aims to help learners recognise their abilities, explore suitable educational and career opportunities, and make informed decisions about their future. The initiative provides a range of activities, including career guidance, mentoring, skill development programmes, workshops, awareness sessions, and capacity-building initiatives. These activities are intended to enhance students’ confidence, communication skills, employability, leadership qualities, and overall preparedness for higher studies and the professional world. Through PATHWAYS, the College seeks to create an enabling environment where students can identify and pursue appropriate academic and career opportunities. The initiative strengthens the College’s commitment to holistic education, student empowerment, lifelong learning, and career readiness.
