- Conduct Academic and Administrative Audits with the collaborations of Principal’s Forum Kerala
- Conduct Green, environmental and energy audits in collaboration with Nature Science Foundation Coimbatore
- Conduct Faculty Development Programs for Teaching and Administrative staff
- Conduct orientation programe for new admitted students and Finishing school for pass out students of UG and PG
- Collect and analyze feedbacks from different stake holders like students, teachers, alumni, employer and parents after each semester
- Preparation and evaluation of annual plans of departments and other clubs/ forums/ cells

- Timely submission of AQAR and SSR
- Suggest new programs to be introduced in UG and PG level
- Give suggestion on construction and modernization of intuitional facilities
- Support faculty members and research scholars for research projects
- Enhance the quality of researchers and research centres
- Provide best student/ scholar/ faculty awards as an acknowledgment of quality works
- Introduce Skill Hub initiative in collaboration with National Skill Development Corporation and Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojana of Govt of India
- Motivate faculty members to start Short Term programs exercising the academic autonomy
- Motivate departments to conduct project works, internships, industrial visits for enhancing skills
- Conduct FDP workshops on OBE, Question bank preparation and Digitalizing examinations
- Conduct workshops on Research and publication ethics, IPR, Copy rights and patents
- Provide sufficient guidelines of syllabus revisions
- Conduct result analysis
- Strengthen the publications of faculty members and students
- To strengthen MESMAC international conference with further collaborations and quality products
- To document the college activities in college website
